We recommend you to now buy yoghurts marketed to kids as they are typically high in sugar. Do choose plain and full-fat yoghurt. To make it fun for your kids, sweeten it with fresh fruits or a little bit of honey! Note to not give infants under 12 months old some honey as they’re at a greater risk of a serious infection called botulism.

4) Celery sticks with peanut butter and raisins

Celery with peanut butter and raisins is a fun way to get your kids to eat a vegetable! The celery crunch is a great cracker replacement.
